摘要
心理健康教育实验中心以学生为本,培养学生优秀心理素质,满足学生成长心理需求,促进学生个性发展,健全学生人格,提高学生创新能力为教学理念,探索利用前沿心理学理论、计算机网络等现代化手段,突破原有心理健康教育的单一谈话咨询模式,建立3个层次的实验实践训练体系,有效的提升了大学生的心理素质。文章结合西南交大心理健康教育实验教学示范中心建设的实践,总结建设心理教育示范中心的建设理念、建设思路、实训体系探索了心理健康教育的新途径。
The Experiment Center for Mental Health Education should be student-oriented and foster students good psychological quality,and meet their needs for psychological growth. It also should promote students＇ development and perfection of personality,and improve their innovative capability. The paper deals with that the Experiment Center for Mental Health Education should upgrade the original conversation-only counseling mode of mental health education to a three-level experiment-practice-training system by utilizing the cutting-edge psychological theories and modern means such as the computer network. On the basis of the practice of building the Mental Health Education Experiment and Teaching Demonstration Center of Southwest Jiaotong University,and by summarizing the construction philosophy,construction ideas,and the experiment and training system,the paper explored a new approach to the mental health education.
