摘要
目的研究首次脑梗死患者发生卒中后淡漠（PSA）的相关影响因素。为预防和改善患者卒中后淡漠状况提供依据。方法筛选2014年09月~2015年08月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院神经内科及哈尔滨市第四医院神经内科住院的首次脑梗死患者219例,对患者的疾病资料进行记录,记录包括年龄、性别、文化程度、梗死病灶部位和既往高血压病史、糖尿病病史。并进行MAES、NIHSS、BI、HAMD评分,整理得出的数据并进行统计学分析以取得结论。结果 PSA患者的发生与年龄升高、糖尿病病史,抑郁、神经功能缺损和生活能力下降相关（P〈0.05）。与性别、学历、梗死病灶部位、高血压病史无明显相关性（P〉0.05）。结论首次脑梗死患者存在较高的淡漠发病率,相关影响因素有年龄升高、糖尿病病史、抑郁、神经功能缺损和生活能力下降。首次脑梗死后的淡漠情况值得重视和干预。
Objective To study the related influencing factors of cerebral infarction（PSA）in patients with the acute cerebral accident, and to provide the basis for preventing and improving the indifferent condition of patients after acute cerebral accident. Methods The disease data of 219 patients with first cerebral infarction,who were hospitalized in the Department of internal medicine of the first affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university and Harbin city fourth hospital from september 2014 to august 2015,were screened and recorded,including age,sex,education,infarct lesion positions and past hypertension history and diabetes history.MAES,NIHSS,BI and HAMD scores were carried out.Data were collected and statistically analyzed to obtain a conclusion. Results The incidence of PSA patients was correlated with increased age,diabetes history,depression,neurological function deficits and life ability decline（P〈 0.05）,while was not significantly correlatedwith sex, education, infract lesion positions and hypertension history（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The first-time cerebral infarction patients have a high incidence of indifference,and the relevant factors are age, diabetes,depression, neurological impairment and life ability.After the first cerebral infarction,the situation of indifference is worth attention and intervention.
