摘要
目的探讨双柏散中药外敷在异位妊娠保守治疗中的应用疗效及病情观察。方法选取2014年1月至2015年9月我院妇科收治的异位妊娠患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者给予甲氨喋呤肌肉注射行保守治疗,而观察组患者,在应用甲氨喋呤的同时使用中药双柏散外敷。治疗过程中密切观察病情,记录两组患者血β-HCG下降情况和盆腔包块消失所需的时间,对两组患者的疗效进行评估,并观察药物不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后第4、7、10、14d血β-HCG下降率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后第7d和14d时盆腔包块直径比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.94,7.03,P<0.05),观察组的盆腔包块直径均明显小于对照组。两组患者血β-HCG值降至正常所需的时间比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.76,P>0.05)。两组患者的盆腔包块消失时间比较,观察组明显短于对照组(t=7.54,P<0.05)。两组患者的疗效比较,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x2=6.73,P<0.05)。结论双柏散外敷在保守治疗中促进盆腔包块吸收,能起到满意的辅助作用,无不良反应,能更好地提高成功率,达到较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the application and observation of Shuangbosan topical in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases in each. The patients in the control group were given methotrexate muscle injection, the patients of the observation group received Shuangbosan topical at the same time. The course of treatment, the time of blood beta HCG drops and pelvic bag piece disappear in two groups were observed, and the curative effect of two groups were evaluated, the adverse drug reactions were observed. Results There were no statistically significant difference in the HCG blood drop rate between the two groups for 4, 7, 10, 14 d after treatment（P〈 0.05）.The pelvic bag piece diameter in observation group were significantly less than those in the control group for 7 d and 14 d after treatment（t=6.94, 7.03, P〈 0.05）.There was no statistically difference in the time of blood beta HCG drops between the two groups（t=0.76, P〈 0.05）. The time of pelvic bag piece disappear in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（t=7.54, P〈 0.05）. The curative effect of observation group was better than the control group（x2=6.73, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shuangbosan topical in the conservative treatment have satisfactory auxiliary effect, no adverse reaction, can improve the success rate and achieve better curative effect.
