摘要
目的研究优质护理服务对手显微外科患者满意度的相关影响。方法选用2011年6月~2013年6月期间前来我院治疗手外伤的患者120例,将其随机分成两组,对照组患者给予常规护理,护理组患者在常规护理基础上,实施优质护理服务。对两组患者治疗中各个环节的满意度、遵医率等进行对比。结果护理组患者治疗中对各个环节的满意度以及遵医率均显著优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论为手显微外科患者实施优质护理服务,不但能够显著提高患者在治疗中各个环节的满意度,使患者可以更加听从医嘱,还可以大幅度的提高患者对护理服务质量的评价,临床意义显著,值得推广至相关临床中。
Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing service on satisfaction degree of patients in wards of hand microsurgery department. Methods 120 patients with hand injury who were treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected and they were randomly allocated to the control group and the nursing group. The control group was received routine nursing while the nursing group was received high-quality nursing service at the basis of routine nursing. Satisfaction degree, compliance rate and so on of patients in every link during treatment in two groups were compared. Results Satisfaction degree and compliance rate of patients in every link during treatment of the nursing group were both significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Highquality nursing service for patients in hand microsurgery department can not only significantly improve satisfaction degree of patients in every link during treatment to make them follow medical order, but also greatly improve evaluation of nursing service quality of patients. It has significant clinical significance, worthy of clinical promotion.
