摘要
社会需求的是实践能力强的应用型医学人才,而应用型医学人才的培养重点是临床实践能力的培养;如何培养社会所需要的应用型中西医结合人才,是各大医学院校目前的重要课题,也一直在努力探索比较系统完整的中西医临床医学专业人才培养的模式。现从临床实践教学的重要性、存在的问题以及如何改善所采取的措施等三个方面进行分析,试图为中西医结合人才培养提供参考。
The requirements of the social is applied medical talents with strong practical ability,and applied medical talent training focus on the cultivation of clinical practice ability. How to cultivate social need of applied talents of integrated medicine is an important topic of the major medical schools at present,has been trying to explore comparison system full of Chinese and western medicine clinical medicine professional talent training mode. This article carried on the analysis from the importance of clinical practice teaching,the existence question as well as how to improve the measures,and tried to provide reference for personnel training of integrated medicine.
