摘要
目的探讨中药灌肠治疗癌性肠梗阻的临床疗效及护理体会。方法癌性肠梗阻患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组患者给予奥曲肽、胃肠减压治疗及相关护理,观察组联合给予中药灌肠及相关护理,5d后对比疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率90.70%,明显高于对照组的69.77%,具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠联合综合护理可提高癌性肠梗阻治疗效果,促进症状缓解,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect and nursing experience of Chinese herbal enema in treating the malignant intestinal obstruction. Methods 86 cases of malignant intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with octreotide,gastrointestinal decompression and corresponding nursing.The observation group was administered in combination of Chinese herbal enema and related nursing. After 5 days,the curative effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90. 70% which was significantly higher than 69. 77% of the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Chinese herbal enema combined with comprehensive nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of malignant intestinal obstruction,promote the symptom relief,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
