摘要
目的:了解武汉市美沙酮维持治疗者的社会支持状态,分析社会支持对美沙酮维持治疗者依从性的影响,为制定地区性综合防治措施提供一定的科学依据。方法:选取在武汉市3个主城区共5家美沙酮维持治疗门诊参加治疗的600名海洛因成瘾患者进行问卷调查,采用社会支持评估量表(SSRS)以及自制的美沙酮维持治疗患者一般情况调查表对患者的社会支持以及美沙酮维持治疗情况进行统计分析。结果:参与调查的患者中,年服药率75%以上组社会支持评分明显高于年服药率75%以下组;一年内尿检阳性次数0次组社会支持评分高于一年内尿检阳性次数0次以上组;一年内复吸次数0次组社会支持评分高于一年复吸次数0次以上组;女性组对社会支持的利用度高于男性组。结论:社会支持对于提高美沙酮维持治疗患者服药率、减少复吸、提高治疗依从性有非常积极的作用,应该加强美沙酮维持治疗患者的社会支持力度,提高治疗依从性,提高操守率,减少复吸。
Objective：To clarify the effects of social support condition on the compliance of methadone maintenance treatment（ MMT） in Wuhan city,and to provide certain scientific basis for the development of regional comprehensive control measures.Methods：Selected three main downtown areas in Wuhan,a total of 600 patients with heroin addiction in five methadone maintenance treatment clinics were subjected to finish the questionnaire of social support assessment scale（ SSRS）,and the self- made methadone maintenance therapy with general condition on patients ＇ social support and methadone maintenance treatment situation were analyzed.Results：In the patients who take part in the survey,the social support score of the group of more than 75% dosing rate was significantly higher than that of the group rated less 75%; the social support score of the group with urine test negative in one year was higher than that with urine test positive in one year; the social support score was higher in non- relapse within one year than that of relapsed; the exploitation of social support in female group was higher than that of male group.Conclusion：Social support is very effective to improve methadone maintenance therapy,to reduce relapse rate,and to improve the treatment adherence. It is essential to strengthen the social support for patients under methadone maintenance treatment for improving compliance and the retention rate and reducing the relapse.
