摘要 介绍了包芯线的各类型缺陷及人工回收处理带有缺陷包芯线遇到的问题,并对包芯线回收处理技术、回收工艺、回收处理设备结构等相关问题做了阐述。设计的包芯线回收处理设备具有工作可靠、操作灵便、回收效率高、降低企业成本等优点,可广泛运用于铸造厂、钢厂等。 The various types of defects in cored wires and the problems in recycling various trouble cored wires by manpower were described, and the separation technology, recycling process, mechanical construction design and the application were elaborated. The designed equipment for separating steel from belt for cored wire has many advantages, including work reliably, flexible operation, high recovery efficiency, low enterprise cost and so on. It can be widely used in foundry works, iron works and so on.
