摘要
针对大型锻造支承辊轴颈密集夹杂性缺陷产生原因开展理化检验和数值模拟分析,采用锻造过程有限元数值模拟中的节点反向跟踪技术,确定支承辊夹杂物缺陷在钢锭中的初始位置。研究结果表明,大型支承辊轴颈密集夹杂性缺陷为硅酸盐和氧化铝的复合型夹渣,来源为距钢锭底面450 mm、距钢锭外表面70 mm的196 mm×150 mm矩形区域内。
Aiming to non-metallic inclusion defects of heavy backup roll, physical testing and finite element analysis were carried out. The initial position of the non-metallic inclusion in the ingot was determined by the node reverse tracking technology during FEA of the whole forging process. The results show that the inclusion is the mixture of silicate and alumina, and it located at 196 mm×150 mm rectangle region, 450 mm from the bottom and 70 mm from the ingot surface.
