摘要
指出了海绵城市是指城市能够变身"海绵宝宝",在适应环境变化和应对自然灾害等方面具有"弹性"。温江区是成都市市辖区,地处川西水网腹部暴雨区,洪涝成为温江区的主要自然灾害。通过借鉴武汉市的先进海绵城市建设经验,为温江区的海绵城市建设提出了几点建设性的思考及意见,以期为温江区的海绵城市建设提供参考。
As the name implies,Sponge City can change the city into a＂sponge＂which is elastic for environmental change and natural disaster.For example,the rain water can be collected,stored and infiltrated as well as purified via sponge city when it rains,and the stored rain water can be reused based on the user requirement.Wenjiang District belongs to Chengdu City area,which is located in the rain storm region in Chuanxi area where river is extremely intensive.The flood is the main natural disaster in this area.Therefore,it is necessary to propose some suggestions on Sponge City construction in Wenjiang area according to the advanced experiences of Sponge City construction in Wuhan city.
