摘要
指出了BIM作为当今建筑业生产力革命性的技术,也是我国建筑业信息化的核心,其依靠建筑信息模型为工程项目全寿命周期的决策提供可靠依据,体现了共享和协同的网络化管理模式。探讨了金陵科技学院行政办公楼项目寻求BIM应用的成熟经验,为开启工程项目管理全新的视角提供参考。
BIM is a revolutionary technology in today＇s construction industry productivity,and also the core of the informatization construction in our country.It depends on the building information model,provides reliable basis for the decisions on the whole life cycle of the project,and reflects the shared and collaborative model of network management.This paper expects to open new views about engineering project management by the mature experience of the application of BIM on the administrative office building project of Jinling institute of technology.
