摘要
目的探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）的相关危险因素。方法对63例ICP患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并以同期105例孕产妇为对照。结果 ICP组平均年龄和经产妇比例均略高于对照组,但是差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。ICP组合并乙肝或其他肝胆疾病、有ICP病史、合并双胎以及妊娠合并症的比例均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;上述4个因素的OR值3.490～8.966,双胎的OR值最大（8.966）,4个因素的OR 95%置信区间均不包含1。结论乙肝或其他肝胆疾病、ICP病史、双胎、妊娠合并症是妊娠期胆汁淤积综合征发病的危险因素,临床应予以重视。
Objective To investigate the risk factors of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy（ICP）.Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with ICP were retrospectively analyzed,and 105 cases of pregnant women at the same period were made as control. Results The average age of ICP group and the proportion of maternal were slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.ICP combined with hepatitis B or other liver and gallbladder diseases,ICP history,combined with twin pregnancy and pregnancy complications were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the OR value of the 4 factors was form3.490 to 8.966,the OR value of twins was the largest（8.966）,the 95% confidence intervals of 4 factor＇s OR were not included in the 1.Conclusion Hepatitis B or other liver and gallbladder diseases,ICP history,twin pregnancy,pregnancy complications are the risk factors pregnancy cholestasis syndrome,clinical should pay more attention for the disease.
