摘要
[目的]在现代连栋温室内开展草莓高架层式育苗与地栽育苗技术研究,对2种育苗方式生产的子苗数量、质量及经济效益进行对比分析。[方法]选择市场认可度高的红颜草莓品种作为试验材料,进行高架层式育苗与地栽育苗对比试验。[结果]高架层式育苗法繁育子苗可达153株/m^2,是地栽育苗的2.6倍,子苗根系好,整齐度一致。高架层式育苗法生产草莓原种苗利润为319.93万元/hm^2,繁育生产用种苗利润为29.10万元/hm^2,地栽育苗法繁育生产用种苗利润为14.20万元/hm^2。[结论]采用高架层式育苗,不仅劳动强度小,而且育苗繁育系数高,经济效益好,相对地栽育苗具有明显优势。
[Objective] To research the technology of elevated layer seedling system and conventional seedling system of strawberry in modern greenhouse,and to compare and analyze the seedling quality and economic benefit of two seedling cultivation methods. [Method]Strawberry variety with high market recognition as the test material,comparative test of elevated layer seedling system and conventional seedling system of strawberry was carried out. [Result]Strawberry seedlings of elevated layer seedling system reached 153 plant / m^2,which was 2. 6 times of conventional seedling method. Strawberry seedlings had good root quality and relatively high consistency. Profit of strawberry in elevated layer seedling system was 3 199. 3 thousand Yuan / hm^2,while that for breeding production and conventional seedling system were 291. 0 and 14. 20 thousand Yuan / hm^2. [Conclusion]Elevated layer seedling system has significant advantages of smaller labor intensity,higher propagation coefficient and better economic benefits,compared with conventional seedling method.
