通过对结垢机理的化学分析和实验室试验分析,确定高炉蒸发空冷器换热管结垢原因并制定清洗方案。通过机械清洗和化学清洗达到除垢的目的,有效地降低了水温,节约了水量。
Through chemical analysis and laboratory test of scaling mechanism in heat exchanger tube of blast furnace evaporative air cooler, the causes of the scaling were determined and a cleaning scheme was drawn up. Scaling was removed by mechanical and chemical cleaning, which effectively reduced water temperature and saved water consumption.
