震损边坡土壤微生物特性研究

摘要 采用稀释平板法对四川省北川县治理5年多的震损边坡坡上、坡中、坡下的土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌三大类微生物的数量进行调查研究,并与周边未受地震破坏的自然边坡进行对比分析,结果表明:震损边坡与自然边坡的土壤微生物类群组成大体一致,细菌在微生物类群中占绝对优势,占微生物总数的87.7%-93.4%,真菌次之,放线菌最少,分别占微生物总数的3.6%-9.5%和1.9%-3.0%;震损边坡不同坡位的土壤中细菌、真菌、放线菌数量差异较大,整体呈现出坡下〉坡中〉坡上的特点,而自然边坡则是坡中〉坡下〉坡上;与自然边坡相比,治理5年多的震损边坡坡下、坡中和坡上的微生物数量分别减少了56%、70%和79%,恢复到自然边坡状况仍需更长时间。 The paper studied three major categories of the number of microorganisms of bacteria,fungus and actinomycetes in the repaired upper slope,middle slope and lower slope of Beichuan County in Sichuan Province after earthquake by using dilution-plate method and made comparative analysis on the natural slope in the surrounding area that had not been destroyed by earthquake.The outcomes show that a) the group composition of soil microorganism of destroyed slope and natural slope is basically the same.Among the microbial groups,the number of bacteria occupies the absolute advantage,making up 87.7%- 93.4%of the total microorganism,then fungus and actinomycetes is the minimum,making up 3.6%-9.5%and 1.9%- 3.0%of the total microorganism respectively;b) the difference of bacteria,fungus and actinomycetes numbers at different position of destroyed slopes is greater,showing the characteristics of lower slope > middle slope > upper slope in general,while the sequence of natural slope is middle slope > lower slope > upper slope and;c) comparing with the natural slope,the number of microorganisms in the destroyed lower slope,middle slope and upper slope has been reduced 56%,70%and 79%respectively and it needs longer time to restore the conditions of natural slope.
