摘要
运用AMESim软件建立了自升式塔机顶升液压系统的仿真模型,在分析系统工作原理的基础上,通过合理的设置元件参数完成了系统典型故障的注入。故障仿真结果显示了元件故障与系统异常表现之间的内在联系,为实际液压系统的故障诊断与预防提供了参考。
The paper uses AMESim software to develop the simulation model for the jacking hydraulic system of the self-elevating tower crane,inputs typical system faults by properly setting the element parameters based on the analysis for the system working principle. The fault simulation result shows that the element fault has internal relation to the system abnormality,providing reference for fault diagnosis and precaution of actual hydraulic system.
