摘要
目的:观察复方五凤草液对结核性溃疡VEGF、FGF-2表达的影响。方法:将63例结核性疮疡患者随机分为两组,两组均口服异烟肼、利福平。治疗组以复方五凤草液外用,对照组以异烟肼针剂外用。试验时间设为21 d。治疗第3天、第7天、第14天、第21天刮取两组患者疮疡内侧壁少许肉芽组织行ELISA法检测。动态观察2组细胞生长因子(VEGF、FGF-2)的变化。结果:治疗组VEGF、FGF-2表达渐升高,第14天到达高峰后渐平缓;而对照组VEGF始终处于低释放水平,FGF-2表达则缓慢升高。组间比较,两组第3天、第7天,2组VEGF、FGF-2比,差异均无学意义(P>0.05);第14天、第21天治疗组VEGF明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组FGF-2高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方五凤草液治疗结核性溃疡疗效确切,可能是通过刺激VEGF、FGF-2的表达来完成其溃疡修复的功能。
Obective： To observe the Fufang Wufeng Cao （复方五凤草液, FFWFC） on the expression of VEGF and FGF-2 in tuberculous antrum wound surface. Methods： The 63 cases of tuberculous antrum patients were andomLy divided into two groups, all accepted oral intake of isoniazide and rifampin. The treatment group applied FFWFC externally, and the control group applied isoniazide injection externally. The experiment time was set to be 21 days. On the 3 st, 7th, 14th and 21th day, a little granulation tissue was scratched off from the tuberculous antrum＇s internal wound of both groups and tested with ELISA method. Dynamically observe the changes of cell growth factors （VEGF and FGF-2） in both group. Results： VEGF and FGF-2 expression slowly increased in the treatment group, and became gradual after reaching peak on the 14th day; whereas the expres- sion of VEGF in the control group remained at a low release level, and FGF-2 slowly increased. Intergroup comparison showed no significant difference between changes in VEGF and FGF-2 （P〉0.05） in both groups on the 3st and 7th day; on the 14th and 21th day, expression of VEGF in the treatment group appeared to be significantly greater than the control group （P〈0.01）, which was of great significance; expression of FGF-2 ap- peared to be significantly higher than the control group （P〈0,05）, which was of some significance. Conclusions： The treatment effect of FFWFC on tuberculous antrum can be confirmed, and this might be achieved through stimulating expression of VEGF and FGF-2 to complete its repair function for wounds.
