摘要
目的探讨参麦注射液辅助胺碘酮对阵发性室性心律失常患者血清白介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）及超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平影响。方法选取2013年11月~2015年11月于温州市中西医结合医院心血管内科治疗的阵发性室性心律失常患者64例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各32例。对照组均给予胺碘酮等常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上给予参麦注射液。2组患者均以30d为1个疗程,比较治疗前后2组患者IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平及临床总有效率。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平均降低（P〈0.05）;与对照组比较,实验组患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平较低（P〈0.05）。实验组临床总有效率显著高于对照组（93.75%vs.75.00%,χ2=4.267,P〈0.05）。结论胺碘酮联合参麦注射液对阵发性室性心律失常患者具有较好的临床疗效,推测其机制可能与降低血清IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection combined with amiodarone on serum interleukin-6（ IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor alpha（ TNF-α） and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP） in patients with paroxysmal ventricular arrhythmias. Methods 64 cases with paroxysmal ventricular cardiac arrhythmia from November 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,32 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given conventional therapy with amiodarone,the experimental group were given Shenmai injection on the basis of control group,30 days for a course. IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP levels and clinical total effective rate were compared in two groups. Results Compared with pre-treatment,serum IL-6,TNF alpha and hs-CRP levels decreased post-treatment in two groups（ P〈0. 05）;compared with control group,the levels of serum IL-6,TNF alpha and hs-CRP were lower in experimental group（ P〈0. 05）. The total clinical efficiency of experimental group was higher than control group（ 93. 75% vs. 75. 00%,χ2= 4. 267,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Amiodarone combined with Shenmai injection in the treatment of paroxysmal ventricular arrhythmia has good clinical efficacy,it is speculated that the mechanism may be related to the decrease of serum IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP levels.
