摘要
煤矿井下带式输送机运行过程中,输送带在机头张紧滚筒处的跑偏严重影响带式输送机的安全运行。通过对张紧小车的改造,解决了输送带在张紧滚筒乃至机头处的跑偏,从而减少和避免输送机故障,为矿井生产提供可靠保障。
In the running process of coal mine belt conveyor, the conveyor belt off tracking in the head tensioning roller seriously affect the normal production and safe operation of the conveyor belt. Through the transformation of the tensioning trolley, solve the conveyor belt off tracking in the tensioning roller and head of conveying belt, and reduce and avoid the conveyor fault, which provide a reliable guarantee for the production of the mine.
