摘要
基于高性能的STM32微处理器研制了一种超声波气体流量计,并给出了硬件装置图和程序流程图。阐述了超声波测量气体流量原理,介绍了信号放大电路、温度补偿电路的设计和系统软件设计流程图。与传统的超声波气体流量计相比,该系统充分利用了STM32的ADC快速采样模块进行信号采集,简化了硬件电路设计,在气体流量算法上进行了温度补偿。在实验室进行了测量,给出了实验结果和误差分析,实验结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,满足一般对气体流量测量精度的要求,具有很高的工程实用价值。
A ultrasonic gas flow meter is developed which is based on high-performance STM32 microprocessor,this paper presents the hardware diagram and the program flow chart. The paper expounds the principle of ultrasonic measuring gas flow rate,and introduces the signal amplifying circuit,the design of temperature compensation circuit and the flow chart of system software design. Compared with the traditional ultrasonic gas flowmeter,the system makes full use of the STM32 ADC fast sampling module for signal collecting,simplified the hardware circuit design,compensated temperature on the gas flow algorithm. The system was measured in the laboratory,the experimental result and error analysis are given out,and the experiment result shows that the system is stable and reliable,and meets the requirements of the general gas flow measurement accuracy,has the very high value of engineering practicability.
