摘要
利用Pathfinder仿真软件,模拟车间三层中心位置发生金属粉尘爆炸事故时工人的疏散情况,探讨突发事件下工人的疏散行为及心理特征。结果表明,二、三层人员疏散缓慢,楼梯处出现拥堵,这与工人的文化教育水平及恐慌心理有关。在此基础上提出对策建议,为改善制造车间安全管理水平、保障工人的工作环境安全提供参考。
Pathfinder simulation software was used to simulate the workers' evacuation process when a medal dust explosion happened in the middle on the 3rd floor of a workshop and fur- thermore to investigate such group of people' s behavioral and psychological characteristics. Results showed that, people on the 2nd and 3rd moved slowly, and a jam occurred at the stair, which was because of the culture and education level of work- ers, as well as the panic. It is hoped the suggestions made based on the research may provide some references for plant design and company safety management.
