岛叶癫痫症状学研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 岛叶癫痫(insular cortex epilepsy,ICE)的概念是20世纪40年代由Guillaume和Mazars首先提出的,随着立体定向技术的进步,逐渐成为临床研究热点。ICE是指颅内电极确认岛叶起源放电引发的癫痫[1]或存在岛叶病灶及其关联性发作症状的癫痫[2]。本文对ICE相关症状学的电刺激研究及个案报道进行综述,旨在对ICE的诊断提供借鉴。
