摘要
本文针对马边县林业产业发展中存在的科学管理水平较低、精深加工发展不足、林业三产发展滞后、现代服务体系不全等问题,提出了科学规划产业发展和明确绿色经济发展方向,通过加大要素投入、推进林业信息化建设、培育、引进龙头企业、促进林业与三产融合、构建现代服务体系、深化供给侧改革等八项措施,促进马边林业转型升级。
In this paper,regarding the forestry development problems in Mabian County such as low scientific management,insufficient intensive processing,lagging industrial development and incomplete service systems,scientific planning industry development measures are put forward for the green economic development. In detail,8 measures are adopted,including large investment,boosting forestry information construction,cultivating and introducing leading enterprises,advocating the merging and cooperation between forestry and tertiary industry,building modern service system and intensifying supply reform in order to promote the forest industry transformation and upgrade in Mabian County.
