摘要
笔者采用盆栽试验法,研究了自然干旱胁迫对丽豆、野皂荚、连翘3种灌木叶片形态和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:从保护酶活性来看,野皂荚抗旱能力较强,干旱胁迫28 d时出现受害症状,SOD,POD增幅明显;丽豆抗旱能力次之,干旱胁迫21 d时出现胁迫症状,SOD,POD增幅仅次于野皂荚;连翘抗旱能力较差,干旱胁迫14 d时出现胁迫症状,SOD,POD增幅较小。
Author used dpot experiment under natural drought stress on leaves and protective enzyme of Gleditsia microphylla,Calophaca sinica,Forsythia suspense. The results showed that,Gleditsia microphylla drought stress symptoms appeared after 28 d,SOD,POD increased significantly; followed by drought resistance,drought stress 21 d stress symptoms appeared,SOD,POD growth second only to Gleditsia microphylla,Forsythia suspensa poor drought resistance,drought stresss symptoms appeared after 14 d,SOD,POD smaller.
