摘要
介绍双刃垫片剪切机的设计,双刃垫片剪切机是一种垫片批量生产、加工效率很高的机械加工设备,用以生产加工橡胶垫片、石棉橡胶垫片、合成纤维橡胶垫片、聚四氟乙烯垫片等多种类型非金属垫片.剪切机的加工范围为Ф80～Ф1 000 mm,加工厚度为2～5 mm,该设备很好的满足了各种不同直径垫片的加工及批量生产,操作精确方便,经实际使用效果很好,有较为广阔的应用前景.
The double-edged gasket shearing machine was designed in this paper. The double-edged shim shearing machine is a efficient machine tool used in manufacture of many kinds of nonmetal gasket with the diameter of 80 to 1 000 mm batch production such as rubber gaskets,asbestos rubber gaskets,synthetic fiberrubber gaskets and polytetrafluoroethylene gaskets. The double- edged gasket shearing machine with advantages of simple operation has wide application prospect.
