摘要
燃气轮机烟气的温度一般高达500℃,直接排放到大气中既造成了大量热源浪费,又产生热污染,传统的回收方式利用率较低、经济效益有限。为提高燃驱压缩机能源利用率,减少环境污染,研究了目前燃气轮机烟气利用现状,提出有机朗肯循环余热回收用于发电或作为动力驱动小功率压缩机的方法,实现节约能源、提高能源利用率的目的,分析了其经济效益和社会效益,并对燃驱压气站的余热回收利用前景进行了展望。
The temperature of exhaust from gas turbine is usually up to 500℃.Its direct discharge to the atmosphere caused great deal of heat waste and heat pollution.Due to low efficiency and low economic benefit of traditional recycling,in this paper,current situation of utilization of gas turbine waste heat was analyzed and Rankine cycle of waste heat recovery for power generation or driving a small power compressor was put forward to save energy and improve energy utilization rate.Besides its economic benefits and social benefits were analyzed and the outlook for waste heat recovery of gas turbine is prospected.
