摘要
研究了电解液中添加氧化镁颗粒对6061铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的形貌及耐蚀性的影响。通过电子扫描显微镜以及电化学分析等方法,观察了试样的表面及断面形貌,通过极化曲线对比了微弧氧化试样的耐蚀性。结果表明,电解液中添加氧化镁颗粒有利于降低试样表面的粗糙度以及促进陶瓷层的增长,极化曲线表明电解液添加氧化镁颗粒有利于提高微弧氧化试样的耐蚀性。
Present research reports the effect of MgO particles on microstructure and corrosion behavior of oxide coatings developed on 6061 aluminum alloy by Plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO).The morphology of these ceramic coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The corrosion behavior of the coated samples was examined by potentiodynamic polarization measurements in 3.5wt% NaCl solution.The results showed that the MgO particles can reduce the surface micro-cracks and improved corrosion resistance of the coatings.
