摘要
采用分步浸渍法制备了负载Ru蛋壳型催化剂,并采用BET、XRD、Py-IR等手段进行了表征,蛋壳型催化剂载体具有如下特点:较大的比表面积、孔容和较好的孔径分布。采用FCC汽油,在高压微反装置上对催化剂的脱硫性能进行评价。评价结果表明最佳反应条件为:温度300℃、液时空速2.0h-1、氢油比200∶1。
In the paper,Supported Ru Catalyst were modified by impregnation method and characterized by the BET,H2-TPR,XRD and Py-IR techniques,their performances of removing sulfur compound had been studied by a micro-reactor system as well.The evaluation results showed that the optimal operating conditions were under atmospheric pressure,with an Catalyst temperature of 300℃,a LHSV of 2.0h-1and a hydrogen flow rate of 200ml/min.
