不同采种期对国槐种子萌发及生理代谢的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Different Seed Collecting Time Periods on Germination and Physiological Metabolism of Sophora japonica Seeds

摘要 为合理确定国槐种子采收期,分别于2014年9月份到2015年2月份分8个时间段采收国槐种子,并观察测定不同时间采收种子的形态特征,吸水萌发能力,可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白及粗脂肪质量分数等指标。结果表明:11月中旬国槐荚果全部缢缩为念珠状,种子变至深棕色和黑色,种皮坚硬致密;种子含水量的减少主要集中在10月份;种子质量在11月15日后基本维持稳定状态;10月底到12月初硬实性种子逐渐增多,吸水萌发能力减弱,逐渐达到形态成熟;可溶性糖质量分数在10月26日到12月25日基本维持稳定状态,之后出现显著下降;淀粉质量分数呈现先上升后下降的趋势,12月5日达到最大值;可溶性蛋白质量分数在11月中旬前逐渐升高,之后出现明显下降最终趋于稳定;粗脂肪质量分数从10月26日到12月25日基本维持在同一水平,之后出现明显下降;基于种子内含物成分的稳定和外种皮的致密程度,研究认为,11月中旬到12月中旬是国槐种子采收的最佳时期。 In order to determine suitable Sophora japonica seed collecting time period, we determined morphology characteristics, water absorption germination capacity, soluble sugar content, starch content, soluble protein content, fat content by observation and test methods from September 2014 to February 2015. S. japonica pods all turned into moniliform, seeds changed to dark brown or black, and the seed coat was hard and dense in mid-November. Thousand seed weight maintained a stable state mainly after November 15 th. From the end of October to early December, hard-coatedness seeds increased gradually, water absorption germination capacity weakened, to reach morphological maturity gradually. Soluble sugar content was basiclly stable during October 26 th to December 25 th then declined obviously. The starch content tended to rise slowly, then decline gradually, and achieved maximum on December 5 th. The soluble protein content was increased gradually before mid-November, and then declined obviously finally stabilized. The fat content maintained the same level during October 26 th to December 25 th, and then declined obviously. Based on stable seed inclusion and seed coat dense degree, mid-November to mid-December was the suitable seed collecting time period.
