摘要
研究一种半直驱式小型风力发电机的线齿轮增速器的振动模态。基于Pro/E建立线齿轮传动系统的三维实体模型,利用ANSYS将实体导入其工作界面,建立线齿轮有限元模型。通过对小型风机线齿轮传动系统的有限元模态分析,得到线齿轮装配体的固有频率以及振型。以分析得到的数据为参考,在小型风机线齿轮传动机构优化设计中,选择外加激励频率时避开齿轮固有频率,避免产生共振,可提高风机运转的可靠性。
A modal analysis on vibration of a small wind turbine with single stage line gearbox is studied.A three- dimensional solid model of line gear(LG) transmission system is constructed based on Pro/E software.And by using the modal analysis function of ANSYS,the solid model is imported to ANSYS workspace to establish the finite element model of line gear,and the model of a small wind turbine LG transmission system is analyzed,the natural frequency and the corresponding modes of vibration of the LG assembly are obtained.It provides a reference data for optimization design of a small wind turbine LG transmission system to avoid LG natural frequency of inputting the external excitation and eliminate the resonance,which improve the operation reliability of a small wind turbine.
