不同施肥方式对压砂西瓜田土壤质量的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 宁夏中部干旱带压砂西瓜田长期连作种植所产生的土壤退化、土壤养分含量降低、土壤真菌性病害增加、西瓜产量及品质下降等瓶颈问题已严重制约了产业的发展,亟待解决。采用田间试验法,以不施肥和常规化肥为对照,研究施用不同量的生物有机肥、微生物菌肥和沼液复合微生物滴灌肥对土壤基本理化性质、微生物区系组成及功能多样性的影响。结果表明:与常规施肥和不施肥相比,施用生物有机肥使得压砂地土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量均有不同程度提高,过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、脲酶及蔗糖酶活性也均有不同程度增加,对作物有益的细菌数量和放线菌数量有所增加,土壤中微生物的总量相应增加,而对作物有害的真菌数量有所下降,从而有助于改善土壤质量,减少病害,有助于解决压砂瓜连作障碍问题。 Bottleneck problems such as soil nutrients exhaustion,soil fungal diseases prevalent,soil structure degradation,low production and quality of water melon etc. already severely restricted the gravel-covered watermelon industry in middle arid area of Ningxia. Field experiments were adopted to study the effects of different amount bioorganic fertilizer,biological bacterial manure and biogas slurry mixed with microorganism and nutrients on soil physicochemical property,microflora and their functional diversity. The results showed that bio-organic fertilizer could increase soil organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,catalase,alkaline phosphatase,urease and sucrase compared with no fertilizer and conventional fertiliziton. Bio-organic fertilizer, biological bacterial manure and biogas slurry mixed with microorganism and nutrients could increase the quantity of beneficial bacterial and actinomycetes but decrease the harmful fugal amount,thus they could improve soil quality,reduce diseases and finally improve the quality of watermelon.
