摘要
针对传统煤矿风机监控系统的实时性不高、井下布线环境复杂、监控范围有限等问题,提出了一种以嵌入式处理器STM32F103R8T6为核心芯片,Zigbee网络与以太网2层网络互相连通构建的嵌入式煤矿风机监控系统。基于Z-stack协议栈组建的Zigbee网络,采集风机运行的状态信息以及井下巷道内的通风环境信息,协调器通过串口与监控节点通信,嵌入式处理器整合μIP协议栈,实现以太网通信功能。
Aiming at the coal mine ventilator monitoring system of low reliability,complex wiring environment and limited scope of monitoring, an embedded coal mine ventilator monitoring system is designed based on STM32FlO3R8T6 as the master chip with Zigbee and Ethernet two level network connectivity with each other. Zigbee network collected the ventilator status and underground ventilation information based on Z-stack protocol stack, and the coordinator connected the monitoring node through serial ports. The embedded processor Ethernet communication function is achieved by μIP protocol stack.
