摘要 [目的]为探讨定时输精技术对母牛繁殖性能的影响,建立一套适合在牛品种改良工作中推广应用的技术程序。[方法]本试验采用Ovsynch程序对散养母牛进行定时输精,统计分析母牛的第一情期受胎率。[结果]定时输精试验组母牛的第一情期受胎率为73.9%,自然发情对照组母牛第一情期受胎率为62.5%,差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]定时输精技术可在湖北省开展牛品种改良的地区推广应用。 【Objective】In order to explore the effect of timed artificial insemination on cow reproductive performance,we developed a set of technical program for cattle breed improvement.【Method】The Ovsynch program was used to study the timed artificial insemination of free-range cows,statistic and analysis the first-cycle conception rate of cows.【Result】The first-cycle conception rate of the control group and the test group was 62.5% and 73.9%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Timed Artificial Insemination is suitable for popularization and application in Hubei province for cattle breed improvement.
