摘要
针对某±500 k V换流站接地极线路瓷绝缘子炸裂故障,采用有限元法仿真分析了直流电弧对瓷绝缘子的热学影响。依据传热学基本理论,建立了基于有限元法的瓷绝缘子数值计算模型。利用多物理场耦合计算软件COMSOL Multiphysics计算了瓷绝缘子温度场的分布情况,讨论了多因素影响的3种传热方式共同作用下,直流电弧对瓷绝缘子的热学影响,并提出了防治措施。
For a porcelain insulators burst fault of a ± 500 kV converter station grounding line, the effects of DC arc thermal on the porcelain insulators are simulated and analyzed by using finite element method. According to the basic heat transfer theory, a porcelain insulator numerical calculation model is established based on the finite element method, the temperature field distribution of the porcelain insulators is calculated by using multi -physics coupling calculation software COMSOL Multiphysics. Also the effect of de arc thermal on the porcelain insulators under multivariate affected and three kinds of thermal heat transfer mode is discussed, and the preventions measures are proposed.
