摘要
提出了一种新的分割式分流模结构,阐述了分割方法、模具结构和有关参数的选择,包括上、下模组合成完整悬臂的搭接贴合方式、分流孔的设计及下模焊合室设计和工作带的选择。将分割式分流模结构与传统的平面模结构、遮盖式分流模结构的使用结果进行分析和对比。结果表明:分割式半空心铝型材分流模改变了型材悬臂的结构,减小了悬臂的舌比,适用范围更广。
A new split type structure of porthole die was presented, and the split method, die structure and the choice of relevant parameters were described, which included the lap jointing way of whole cantilever by upper and lower die, the design of portholes and the welding chamber and the choice of work area. The use results of split type porthole die structure were analyzed and compared with the traditional straight die and the cover type hollow die. It showed that the split type porthole die has changed the structure of cantile- ver and reduced the ratio of cantilever greatly.
