摘要
目的研究不同提取方法提取大海马脂类及其脂肪酸组成分析。方法采用临界CO2萃取法、三氯甲烷-甲醇提取法、无水乙醇浸提法、石油醚索氏提取法提取大海马脂类成分,通过GC-MS法对其脂肪酸组成进行分析,从总脂含量、总胆固醇含量和脂肪酸组成等方面对大海马的4种脂类提取方法进行比较研究。结果与结论 4种提取法方法提取的大海马总脂含量分别为19.21、47.71、30.58、16.49mg/g;总胆固醇含量分别为3.11、9.44、6.05、5.60mg/g;采用GC-MS分别鉴定了17、14、15、14种成分,其中不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸含量的33.30%～41.95%。因此,可根据实际需求采用不同方法对大海马脂类进行提取利用。
Objective To study different extraction process of lipid from Hippocampus kuda and analyze its fatty acid composition.Methods Hippocampus kuda lipid was separated by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction,Folch method,anhydrous ethanol extraction,Soxhlet extraction petroleum ether,and fatty acid compositions were analyzed by GC-MS,the total lipid content,total cholesterol content and the fatty acid compositions as the index,to compare and study the different extracting methods of Hippocampus kudalipid.Results and conclusion The results showed that it was extracted by 5different methods and got the amount of total lipid was 19.21,47.71,30.58,16.49mg/g respectively;The amount of total cholesterol was 3.11,9.44,6.05,5.60mg/g;17,14,15,14 components were identified by GCMS and the unsaturated fatty acids was 33.30% ~42.66% of total fatty acids.Thus,the different methods could be used for the extraction of Hippocampus kudalipid.
