摘要
为了研究牦牛脾脏非特异性转移因子(n TF)抗氧化作用,试验选择20只小鼠(雌雄各半),随机分为药物组和对照组,采用试剂盒检测注射n TF小鼠部分组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明:药物组小鼠脾脏SOD活性显著降低(P<0.05),其他组织中SOD活性差异不显著(P>0.05);药物组小鼠心肌、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏组织中GSH-Px活性显著高于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05);药物组小鼠肝脏MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其他组织间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明n TF能显著提高非酶类抗氧化剂GSHPx活性,表明n TF能有效提高组织细胞抗氧化物酶的活性,降低自由基代谢产物的作用。
To study the antioxidant effect of nonspecific transfer factor( n TF) of yak spleen,twenty mice( male and female in half) were randomly divided into a drug group and a control group. A testing kit was used to detect the super oxide dismutase( SOD) activity,glutathione peroxidase( GSH- Px) activity and MDA content in partial tissues of mice injected with the n TF. The result showed that the SOD activity of the spleen was significantly lower( P 0. 05) in the drug group compared with control group,but there were no differences( P 0. 05) in other tissues. Meanwhile,the activity of GSH- Px in the myocardia,livers,spleens,lungs and kidneys of mice was significant( P 0. 05) higher in the drug group compared with control group,and there were significant differences( P 0. 05) between them. Moreover,the MDA content in the liver was significant lower( P 0. 05) in the drug group compared with the control group,but there were no differences( P 0. 05) in other tissues. The results indicate that n TF can significantly improve the GSH- Px activity of non- enzyme antioxidants,and n TF can improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes in tissues and cells,which has a role on reducing free- radical metabolites.
