摘要
樱桃中含有丰富的次生代谢物质,包含花青素、肉桂酸、没食子酸、鞣花酸、木犀草苷、牡荆素、芦丁等多种物质,这些物质具有清除自由基、保护细胞氧化损伤、抗炎作用、减少疼痛、抗肿瘤活性、控制体重、减轻糖尿病并发症等生物活性。现根据近年来的文献报道对樱桃的次生成分及生物学活性进行综述,以期为开发利用樱桃资源提供参考。
Cherry is rich in secondary metabolites,which contains anthocyanins,cinnamic acid,gallic acid,ellagic acid,mignonette glycosides,vitexin,rutin and other substances.These substances have the biological activities such as scavenging free radicals,protecting cell oxidative damage,anti-inflammatory effects,alleviating pain,antitumor activity,weight control,reducing diabetes complications and so on.According to the recent research of secondary metabolites and biological activities in cherry,these papers provided a meaningful reference for further development and utilization of cherry.
