摘要
目的了解钆喷酸葡胺致不良反应的情况,分析其特点及相关因素,促进临床合理用药。方法采用文献学计量方法,对国内公开报道的47例钆喷酸葡胺致不良反应进行总结性分析。结果钆喷酸葡胺所致不良反应中,中度过敏反应11例,重度过敏反应28例(包含6例死亡),非过敏反应8例。结论钆喷酸葡胺注射液的不良反应发生率虽低,但重度不良反应可危及生命,应引起临床重视。
Objective To understand the adverse reactions caused by gadopentetate dimeglumine （Gd-DTPA）, analyze its characteristics and related factors, and promote the clinical rational use of drugs. Methods Through the method of literature study, 47 adverse reactions of reported Gd-DTPA and acid were summarized. Results Elevel moderate allergic reactions, 28 heavy reactions （including 6 deaths） and 8 non allergic reactions were induced by Gd-DTPA. Conclusion The incidence of adverse reactions of Gd-DTPA acid injection is low, but severe adverse reactions can be life-threatening, and attention should be paid to.
