摘要
[目的]探究与分析解毒化瘀颗粒联合西医综合疗法用于慢性乙型肝炎重症化倾向期的临床疗效及预后。[方法]选取我院自2013年4月～2015年4月收治的60例慢性乙型肝炎重症化倾向期患者，采取随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组，每组各30例，对照组仅给予西医综合治疗，试验组在其基础上加用解毒化瘀颗粒治疗，对比2组患者临床疗效、肝功能、凝血功能及HBV-DNA改善情况。[结果]对照组总有效率为73．33％，试验组总有效率为93．33％，试验组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。2组治疗前Tbil、Dbil、ALB、ALT、CHE水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），2组治疗后较治疗前比较上述指标均有所改善，其中试验组较对照组比较上述指标改善更加显著（P〈0．05）。2组患者治疗前PT及PTA水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），2组治疗后较治疗前比较上述指标均有所改善，其中试验组较对照组比较上述指标改善更加显著（P〈0．05），但2组治疗后HBV-DNA水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。[结论]采用解毒化瘀颗粒联合西医综合疗法用于慢性乙型肝炎重症化倾向期的临床疗效显著，肝功能及凝血功能得到有效改善，预后较好，值得推广与应用。
[Objective]To explore and analyze clinical effect and prognosis of Jiedu Huayu Granule（JHG）combined western medicine comprehensive therapy for chronic hepatitis B severe tendency period..[Methods]Sixty cases of chronic severe hepatitis B patients treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April2013were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine comprehensive treatment only,and the experimental group given JHG on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,liver function,blood coagulation function and HBV DNA were observed and compared.[Results]Total effective rate was 73.33%and 93.33%in the control group and the experimental group respectively,the latter was significantly higher than the former（P〈0.05）.Before the treatment there was no obvious difference between the two groups in the levels of Tbil,Dbil,ALB,ALT,CHE（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the above indexes were improved,and the indicators of the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group（P〈0.05）.Before the treatment both groups had no significant difference in the levels of PT and PTA（P〈0.05）.After the treatment the above indexes of the two groups were improved,while the treatment group improved more obviously than the control group（P〈0.05）.But HBV DNA level of the two groups after the treatment had no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.[Con-clusion]JHG combined western medicine comprehensive therapy had distinct clinical curative effect on chronic hepatitis B severe tendency period.The liver function and blood coagulation function were effectively improved,and its prognosis was good.It was worth popularization and application.
