摘要
利用HNO_3-H_2O_2密闭微波消解-ICP-MS同时测定电解金属锰阳极液中12种元素(Fe、Pb、Ni、Zn、Sr、Cr、Ti、Co、Cu、Cd、Sb、Ge),内标铟(In)和铋(Bi)消除基体效应和仪器信号漂移。结果表明,该方法具有较强的抗干扰性(相关系数r〉0.9999),加标回收率均为93.93%~106.16%,相对标准偏差RSD〈3.5%。该方法操作简单、快速,适用于电解金属锰阳极液中多种元素的同时检测。
To simultaneously determine 12 elements in the anolyte of electrolytic manganese metal,including Fe,Pb,Ni,Zn,Sr,Cr,Ti,Co,Cu,Cd,Sb,Ge,a closed microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry( ICP-MS) in HNO_3-H_2O_2 system is adopted. The internal standard elements,indium( In) and bismuth( Bi),are used to correct matrix effects and instrument signal drift. The results indicate that the method of ICP-MS in HNO_3-H_2O_2 system has many advantages,such as a strong anti-interference performance with the correlation coefficient over 0. 999 9,high recovery ratio of standard addition( 93. 93%- 106. 16%) and low relative standard deviation( less than 3. 5%).Moreover,this method is simple and fast,which is suitbable to analyze multiple elements in the anolyte of electrolytic manganese metal.
