基于相位分析降低烧结风机轴向振动的研究

摘要 针对梅山烧结抽风机轴承座振动不稳定、轴向振动较大问题,采集了轴承座和轴承基础振动数据,介绍了基础松动、轴瓦磨损的振动机理。通过对所采集的振动数据的频谱、相位特征分析,论证了基础松动与导致轴高速运行时不对中的原因,并结合基础振动数据的差异现象,发现风机轴承座基础松动导致轴向力增大,进而造成轴瓦磨损。 There are some running problems in bearing of sintering fan in Meishan Iron Steel Co.,such as vibration instability and large axial vibration. Based on introducing vibration mechanism caused by foundation loose and bush wearing,the basic vibration information data of bearing and its bearing were captured in this paper.The features of spectrum and phase in these data were further analyzed,which could illustrate that foundation loose resulted in shaft misalignment running at high speed. According to differences in vibration data of foundation,it was found that the foundation loose of bearing chock in sintering fan would increase axial force,by which the bearing bush would be worn sharply.
