摘要
目的探讨慢性分泌性中耳炎(CSOM)患者鼻内镜下咽鼓管球囊扩张术围手术期的护理方法与效果。方法 62例拟行鼻内镜下咽鼓管球囊扩张术治疗的CSOM患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组的治愈率达70.97%,较对照组的58.06%显著提高(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率仅为6.45%,较对照组的19.35%显著降低(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在CSOM患者的鼻内镜下咽鼓管球囊扩张术围手术期开展优质护理有利于提高治疗效果、减少术后并发症并提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing methods and efficacy of patients with chronic secretory otitis media（ CSOM） undergoing endoscopic balloon dilation of eustachian tube. Methods 62 cases CSOM patients undergoing endoscopic balloon dilation of eustachian tube treatment were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,31 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing,the observation group received quality nursing,the effect of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of observation group was 70. 97%,significantly increased than 58. 06% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The complication rate in observation group was 6. 45%,significantly lower than 19. 35% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The nursing satisfaction score in observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Quality nursing can improve treatment effect,reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction in the the perioperative process of patients with CSOM in endoscopic balloon dilation of eustachian tube,should be widely applied.
