摘要
本文在对各科室实验设备使用率和效益评估的调研,结合我院流式细胞仪的使用情况进行讨论,并通过实验室资产维护管理系统对科研设备的集中管理进行分析的基础上,探讨建立实验设备集中管理平台的必要性和可行性。该平台的建立能够实现设备的编号登记、权限设定、预约使用、收费管理和使用统计分析等相关内容的管理,可有效提高实验设备的使用率和效益,实现科研资源的整合和优化配置、解决使用中的不均衡性和管理上的难度,为医院科研提供便利。
Based on the investigation of the utilization rate and benefit assessment of laboratory equipment in different clinical departments, this paper explored the necessity and feasibility of establishing acentralized management platform in hospitals for laboratory equipment by using the example of service condition of flow cytometry in our hospital. The discussion was also based on the analysis of research equipment management through the centralized maintenance and management system. The establishment of the platform could realize management functions such as serial number registration, authority setup, reservation and appointment, charge management, and statistical analysis of usage, which could effectively improve the utilization efficiency and effectiveness of laboratory equipment. The system could also realize the integration of research resources and help with optimization of the resources allocation. It would provide solution for problems such as utilization imbalance and management difficulty, which could provide convenience for scientific research in the hospital.
