导管相关血流感染监测及预防控制 被引量:2

摘要 1概述 导管相关血流感染是侵入性设备相关感染的一种类型,具有较高的疾病负担,不仅增加患者的住院时间,而且增加了医疗成本,相关研究[1-4]结果显示,每出现一次导管相关血流感染,增加成本3700~39000美元不等。国外研究[5]。认为,导管相关血流感染是一种可以预防控制的医院感染,美国医疗保险系统从2008年10月起不再支付因导管相关血流感染而增加的医疗费[6]。
