2型糖尿病伴脑梗死患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1、铁蛋白水平的变化及其临床意义 被引量:11

The changes of insulin like growth factor-1 and serum ferritin in type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction

摘要 目的探讨T2DM伴脑梗死患者IGF-1及铁蛋白(SF)的水平变化及其相关影响因素。方法选取T2DM伴脑梗死组38例,单纯T2DM组34例,单纯脑梗死组39例和体检健康组(NC)43名,比较各组SBP、DBP、BMI、FPG、HbA_1c、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、血清IGF-1和SF水平的变化。结果 T2DM伴脑梗死组和单纯T2DM组TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、SBP、DBP、FPG、HbA_1c、血清IGF-1、SF水平与NC比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯脑梗死组除FPG、HbA_1c外,其他指标与NC比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与T2DM伴脑梗死组比较,单纯T2DM组和单纯脑梗死组IGF-1水平[(87.91±21.37)vs(107.21±-20.65)vs(98.66±20.91)μg/L]升高,SF水平[(290.01±37.08)vs(238.10±30.47)vs(205.87±22.10)μg/L]降低(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,IGF-1水平降低、SF水平升高为T2DM伴脑梗死的危险因素之一。结论 IGF-1和SF是T2DM伴脑梗死的危险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the changes of IGF-1 and serum ferritin(SF)in T2 DM with cerebral infarction.Methods 38 T2 DM patients with cerebral infarction,34 T2 DM patients without cerebral infarction,39 cerebral infarction patients without T2 DM and 43 healthy subjects were included in this study.The indicators including SBP,DBP,BMI,FPG,HbA1c,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,IGF-1 and SF levels were compared among the four groups.Results Compared with NC group,the levels of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,SBP,DBP,FPG,HbA1c,IGF-1,and SF in T2 DM with cerebral infarction group and T2 DM group were statistically different(P〈0.05).Compared with NC group,indicators except for FPG and HbA1c in cerebral infarction group were statistically different(P〈0.05).Compared with T2 DM with cerebral infarction group,the IGF-1 level was increased[(87.91±21.37)vs(107.21±20.65)vs(98.66±20.91)μg/L]and the SF level was deceased[(290.01±37.08)vs(238.10±30.47)vs(205.87±22.10)μg/L]in T2 DM group and cerebral infarction group respectively(P〈0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the IGF-1 and SF were risk factors for T2 DM patients with cerebral infarction.Conclusion The levels of IGF-1 and SF are risk factors for T2 DM patients with cerebral infarction.
