摘要
为了探讨农业补贴对土地适度规模经营的影响,通过对新疆玛纳斯县4个乡镇83个农户的问卷调查,分析了当地农业补贴发放情况及土地适度规模经营现状。结果表明,农户耕地总面积有所增加,但土地细碎化问题依然存在,不利于土地适度规模经营;农业补贴一定程度上可以提高农户种地积极性,但对于农户土地适度规模经营的激励作用正逐渐减弱。
To explore the effects of agricultural subsidy to the land moderate scale operation, the paper used the four townships investigation data of 83 farmers in Manas county of Xinjiang, analyzed the present situation of the agricultural subsidy and the land moderate scale operation. The result showed that the total area of farmers had increased, but the land fragmentation problem still existed,which was bad for the land moderate scale operation. Agricultural subsidy could improve the enthusiasm of cultivating land, but the incentive effect of agricultural subsidy to land moderate scale operation was gradually weakened.
