摘要 提出一种具有开关电感的交错并联磁集成双向DC/DC变换器,利用开关电感替代传统双向DC/DC变换器中的储能电感,并将所有电感集成为一个耦合电感,充分减小了磁性器件的体积,优化了变换器暂稳态性能。分析了变换器的工作模态,推导得到了变换器电压增益表达式,通过对变换器暂稳态电感的研究对其暂稳态性能进行了深入探讨,并通过推导得出该类变换器耦合电感耦合度的设计准则,同时提出了一种该变换器耦合电感的设计方法。交错并联磁集成开关电感双向DC/DC变换器Boost模式的电压增益是传统变换器的(1+D)倍,使输入输出电流纹波得到减少,同时提高了变换器的动态响应速度。 An interleaving magnetic integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter with switched inductor is presented.Firstly,switched inductor is used to replace the storage inductor in traditional bidirectional DC/DC converter and the switched inductors are coupled and integrated.Secondly, the working mode and voltage gain expression of the proposed converter are analyzsed.Thirdly, the transient and steady state performance of the converter are discussed, the design criterion of coupling inductor is derived and a method is put forward to design the coupling inductor in the proposed converter.Compared with conventional bidirectional DC/DC converter,the Boost mode voltage gain of the proposed converter can reach (1+D) times of the traditional converter.In addition the current ripple is reduced and the response speed is improved.
