摘要
对现有游憩满意度理论进行分析的基础上,结合游憩满意度模型,构建了市民游憩满意度指标体系。通过对657份有效样本的实证研究,运用均值分析比较大同市民城郊游憩满意度的高低,发现交通、资源和住宿满意度较高,而对服务设施、服务水平及管理和购物满意度较低;通过单因素方差分析,得出游憩满意度在不同人口统计学特征的大同市民中的差异性。研究结论对大同市城郊休闲游憩系统的建设和完善,以及提高游憩经营管理水平等提供科学依据。
Based on the analysis of recreation satisfaction theory,and taking the recreation satisfaction model,this paper builds up recreation satisfaction evaluation system. It applies mean analysis to compare the differences between transportation,resource and accommodation that residents' recreation satisfaction in a Datong suburb is higher than that of the service facility,management and service quality and shopping with the 657 efficient samples.A single factor analysis of variance reveals that there are variations of recreation satisfaction among Datong residents of different social demographics. The conclusion provided the practical significance of constructing recreation system in Datong suburb and improving the recreation management level.
