摘要
结合灌河北泵站实际情况,分析了省级水管单位达标创建过程中的做法及出现的问题,提出相应的对策措施。通过水利工程达标创建,管理单位职工综合素质得到提升,工程面貌得到改善,工程管理水平得到提高。
Combining with the actual situation of Guanhe northern pump station,practice and problems during the establishment of provincial water management unit are analyzed. Countermeasures are put forward. By the establishment of water conservancy project,comprehensive quality of management unit staff,project features and project management ability have been improved.
